I was sent a new SIM for my Nokia 2760 but I when I tried to use it I kept getting the message "start up phone without sim card? ". I eventually managed to speak to somebody who told me ( quite matter of factly ) that my phone was not compatible with the new sim card as it needed to be put into a phone with 4G . Why was this not mentioned on the letter I received with my new card, it would have saved me hours of frustration? I appreciate Virgin Media do not make a lot of money out of me with my old PAYG phone but I have been a loyal customer for 11 years and I feel I very let down.
