Sim Swap

My mom has has had her new sim that virgin have said she needs to swap but all steps have been followed the required restriction code has been requested and received but code is not working and getting in contact with any customer service is a nightmare and now she is getting messages saying her service will be cut off unless she swaps to the new sim
