I have completed the sim swap by following all the instructions.I then received a confirmation text that my number has been switched to my new virgin mobile SIM card.
However, yesterday i received a text : "URGENT ACTION NEEDED. All calls from this number will stop in 10 days time. Please insert the new sim we sent you"

As long as all instructions with the new sim have been following correctly I wouldn't worry. Are you able to use the new sim okay or are you having any knew issues with it at all?
Also, did you receive a confirmation text once you had put the new sim in an activated it?
