Sim Card has Expired

Hi,

Ive been having trouble with both of my phones regarding expired SIM cards. 

One has been activated by virgin but I have received a message saying it will expire in 10 days. 

The other a new sim was sent out and hasn’t worked. 

Ive tried contacting virgin in every way but can’t  get through to anyone. 

Im hoping that someone will help able to help me sort this issue.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with our mobile services. 

 

As it has been a short while since your post has anything changed with you sim cards? Are you able to use any of the sim cards we sent you or do you still have no service on one of them?

 

Please can you let us know of the above so we can assist you further?
