you have barrded my sim card as you say i have not used phone, that is a lie i have made several calls over past few weeks and receive daily text messages.
please reactivate my sim as need it to get verification codes for online banking and other stuff
you have made it impossible to contact you as disabled all email and online chat on your website and am NOT in a position to phone you as drive for a living and cannot park up for an hour or more while wait on hold.
I'm very sorry you've had trouble getting in touch and the issues you're having with your SIM, I can appreciate the frustration.
As per our terms and conditions if a SIM hasn't been used within 90 days for a chargeable service then the number would become deactivated, this isn't something we can reinstate if this is the case. You can find our terms and conditions here
