I tried their text message service 07533016422 send them message you will get text I sent at 9pm didn’t get reply till 7 Following morning then took me till 9am texting to get my new SIM card sent out but it worked couldn’t get through on phone or online chat just be prepared to wait at least u don’t have to sit and wait to chat back

I'm sorry that we have only just got to your post. I have been able to locate your account but I'm not sure which number that has the issue. I will send over a private message now, so that we can confirm the number and get a new sim card sent out to you, if you haven't already got this sorted.
