I have 2 new sim cards and I requested a port of my old numbers last Saturday and they haven't gone through yet? Is there a delay or should I request the the port again?

Can we ask if anything has changed since you last posted at all? Have your numbers been ported across successfully yet or are you still awaiting these?

I phoned and spoke to a very helpful customer service rep who started the port again for me and they both completed on the day she said they would.
Possibly a fault on Carphone Warehouse's end when I purchased and gave them the codes?
