Thank you for posting on the Community Forums, I'm so sorry for our delayed response and to hear you hadn't received your Oomph SIM card. They would usually arrive the day after your order was placed, so it is a concern that you had received it almost two weeks after.
Have you since received the SIM since your post? If not, just give me a shout and I'll be more than happy to take a look into the account for you and find out what's gone on.
