Signed up for oomph package on 9th June,still waiting for Sim ?

Hi All

I signed up for an 18 month deal on an Oomph bundle which was to include a Unlimited Data Sim. I still haven't received the sim card ?

Seems rather a long time to wait ,i tried the online help and have tried ringing ,but the wait times  are so long i gave up !

Hope somebody can help-please.
