My oomph sim has been discontinued without my knowing so of course virgin upsold me a contract for the iphone 11 which has not been dispatched! It is now pending investigation but meanwhile i have no phone! Ive ordered a 12 as now the 11 is on back order and guess what……Yodel haven’t received this one either. 
Why are phones not being dispatched but still being sold???

im so ready to leave, i want nothing more to do with virgin ever again
