Signal keeps dipping

I have been with Virgin for a couple of months now but my phones signal keeps dipping in and out! I have missed very important phone calls and text messages come through hours after they have been sent!. If I try and ring out it doesn't connect. This has become very frustrating as I came from EE which wasn't that bad a signal!  😔

Apologies for the delayed response. Have you been able to get this sorted since your post?  Our online troubleshooter maybe able to help with mobile connections: https://devicesupport.virginmedia.com/

If you have a compatible handset, you can also try our wifi calling which uses your wifi connection to make calls instead of the mobile network: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/wifi-and-4g-calling
