Ive been in contact with Virgin and they say there are issues in the BL2 area and the always will be, does anyone else have these issues? In fact, the customer services lady asked if there was a landline she could ring me on as it kept breaking up. I feel like im the only household with these issues, me my mother and partner have the same issues.
The only solution I got from Virgin was to find a new provider as the area is overloaded and there will always be these issues. I was quite shocked as I am a long standing customer of around 20 years or more

Virgin and O2 are now in a Joint Venture so your signal is supplied by O2.
It is well known that O2 lacks bandwidth in many locations and suffers accordingly.
Sadly there is no quick solution to the problem.
If you check https://status.o2.co.uk/ and it says congestion, then yes, the only answer at the moment is leave.
