Shout text service

• I need to use the text service for shout but it will not send, any ideas why?

Thank you for raising this to us - sorry to hear that is happening! 

Would you mind just confirming if you are referring to giveusashout.org ?

Are you able to send other texts messages via your mobile? 

If you can also just confirm with us that you are a virgin Mobile customer? Thank you.  

Please don't suffer in silence, there are lots of alternative crisis services listed here who can help if the SHOUT service is not working.

Thanks for confirming! What's happening when you try to send the text? 

Do you get an error message? 

If you are able to include a screenshot this may help. 

Have you tried contacting them via whatsapp? You should be able to do this here.
