Shocking customer service

I raised a complaint 5 weeks ago regarding duplicate charges and missing discount on a recent bill, but have had no response. Attempting to resolve this issue by phone is simply excruciating painful! Is there anyone who can help me resolve this relatively simple complaint via this community forum

They sure are dreadful Virgin Customer Service.

Get in the queue! Mine’s 14 weeks old, and apart from one auto-reply at the start and another at 8 weeks, I’ve heard nothing - I can’t even get a letter of deadlock.
