My services have been barred , bill now up to date but still hasn't been unbarred. - can't receive or make calls/text

Sorry to hear of the services being barred, with bills being up to date.
Can you please confirm if the direct debit is still currently active on the account?
If this is not active, this may be the reason for the suspension of the services.
