Don't have access to a landline, and it's set to be suspended in a few days, which I obviously don't want. How to proceed?
Call from mobile, if using of laptop could use Skype etc.. can call from different location from home via 0345 454 1111, there is a online chat facility via http://contact.virginmedia.com

If you're seeking to avoid a suspended service due to a non-payment this is something that would need to be done via calling into our team on 0345 454 1111
Unless it's that scam email that's going round. I had one a few weeks back.
