Good morning,
I recently switched from Virgin PAYG to Pay Monthly, ordering a phone and keeping the same number,
The phone has not yet arrived but my SIM (still in my current device) is now barred as I apparently have an outstanding balance.
How can I have an outstanding balance when the new contract has only just been created? I received SMS almost immediately after the contract was created and have made zero chargeable actions.
