I am in Crete at the moment but unable to make & receive calls -why ?
Is data working?
Did you get a welcome to Greece message on arrival?
Is roaming activated on your online account? Good idea to switch off international call barring as well.
You can also check if roaming is activated in the virgin mobile app (plan, controls).
What network are you connected to, if any? The partner network for vm in greece is cosmote.
Note: a vm moderator will get round to you on this mainly public forum but it could be hours to a few days.
