I have never received my new SIM card and my service has been cancelled
i had asked to cancel my sim replacement service and I was told it was
however they continued to send the sim to the wrong address and suspended my service

I've had a look at your details using the information we have on here and can see that you spoken to an agent since you last posted. Can I ask what did they say?
Did you update your address details with us and see whether a new SIM can be sent to you?
