Hello how I can conect back my service?  My sim not working

Sorry to see you are having issues with your sim. Are you getting any service on the sim at all? What is happening when you have tried using the sim?

Also, can you please try rebooting the handset to see if this helps? If possible can you take the sim out, give it a wipe on the back then pop it back into the phone to see if this helps?

When try to call shows not registered on network. My service disconnected.. and I cant call to conect back my service. I pay for a bill 60 euro left 29 has to pay,but can't contact virginmedia...

Thanks for your reply, just to confirm as you have mentioned euro. Are you in the UK?
