I paid my bill yesterday which was for premium texts I had received otherwise my texts and minutes are included in my plan. I was told my service would be back on within 24 hours. This has now been exceeded and my service is still not on
my phone is important to me as I have a diabetic son, I am reluctant to ring again as it took me over an hour to connect which I had to do on another phone which has restricted minutes. The lady I spoke to was unhelpful in respect of premium texts which I am appalled at and the communication barrier posed further problems. Can anyone help get my service restored as I am now losing patience with Virgin
For a large company as this it is appalling
