Seriously losing my patience

I made a mobile order 1/09 and it’s still parked!!! I’ve tried the text service but keep being asked for passwords this a new mobile order I don’t have them I just want it cancelled!!!!!!!!! Please pretty please

Have we since been able to get this processed for you or advise of why the order was parked?
