Sending upgrade to wrong adress

Hi all I've recently upgraded my contract and I've just received and email and there sending it to my old address!! I carnt get through to anyone they told me they had changed the adress atleast 5 times over the phone and I specifically asked where it would get sent and I got told the new address! Please help how can I rectify this?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with new phone going to the wrong address because this hasn't been updated.

 

I have checked things our end and can see this has now been resolved and you have received the handset, if this isn't the case please let us know ASAP.

Hi Paul  yes I managed to get hold of the yodel driver and get it rerouted to me and all is sorted now.
