Send my New Sim to Spain!

Why is it so impossible to have my new SIM sent to me in Spain.

Has Virgin not heard of the Covid pandemic?

It's not my fault Virgin has decided to swap all SIMs during a pandemic!

I need my phone to continue as it is until I can get back.

When I phone 789 to ask for help, I have to wait over half an hour and then get through to someone in the Philippines who cannot help.

I get Emails and SMSs about my new SIM which will not accept replies.

If Virgin can afford to contract out customer services to the Far East, why not just send out my SIM to Spain or let me continue with my old SIM?

Please be reasonable! Help!!!

I am afraid that what you are asking isn't possible, as when the SIMs are sent they are not activated and can only be activated when connected to the UK home network, the way around this is for the SIM to be sent to a friend or family member to allow them to place SIM in phone to activate it and then forward too yourself.
