Re: Seeing 2 phones on the app

The app is designed to only work with the Virgin SIM in the phone the app is installed on, you would need to also install the app on other phone - or use the online account to keep track of usage of the other SIM.

Re: Seeing 2 phones on the app

Thank you - it is a pity that 2 different support agents didn’t know that . O2 allows it and as the coverage at home on virgin is so poor compared to O2 I might need to switch back . Customer service generally good but I think EE let them down

Re: Seeing 2 phones on the app

is the vm/ee signal bad for 4g 3g and 2g ?(you can change this in the mobile network settings).

possibly look at the ofcom signal checker, rather than the vm one.

https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/mobile-coverage

viewing the map, and checking indoors/outdoors/4g/no 4g

Re: Seeing 2 phones on the app

oh that explains it - EE has an amber on indoor on 4G / non 4G so I think we will go back to O2 as it is impossible to use the mobiles in the house - despite being in the genre of Edinburgh which one might expect to have a good signal !
