Hello, when trying to set up an account for my grandparent, i went to complete a security question, but there wasn't an option to select the question and it was blank. And when tried to put a random password in, it lead me to believe i was wrong. Is there a way to fix this? All i need to do is change the phone number of the device using the PAC code i have been given from my past supplier. Thanks in anticipation!
