I have tried to open an account having received my sim card, but I am asked to answer my security question which I have never set, can anyone help?
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having issues setting up your mobile account with us.
Your security word is generally the same password you use for your Virgin Media account when you call us over the phone, have you tried this?
As you posted a short while ago have you managed to get an account set up yet or do you still require assistance doing this?
