Security question

Hello 

we have a SIM card which was on the 2bg omph bundle but has been changed to a contract sim but we can’t access the account on virgin mobile as it says it needs a security question We have tried the same one for the virgin account it doesn’t seem to work and we don’t know the answer as we don’t remember setting it up 

help me ?
