Security question and oomph SIM

I have an oomph 5gb sim card. I haven't used it for a few months, but now I would like to and I would like to port my old number.

This has not been a simple process! I spent four hours the other morning bouncing between online messaging for virgin mobile, virgin media and customer services on the phone.

I can't answer the security question because I never set one. No one would believe me! I can't get through the direct debit date because I dont know a date because I dont pay anything! Its included in the virgin media bundle. I have been through everything including the direct debit guarantee, nothing. 

Please help!!!!
