Security phone call

Hello,  I have just recently been accepted for a new phone , although I have received an email stating that my order is on hold. And that I have to wait for a security phone call. It’s almost been 24 hours and I have not received a phone call or email to sign the new agreement. Does this mean I have been declined for a new contract or do they just need to check i have indeed put in for the order ?

I have been able to locate your account and can see you have been able to speak with the team regarding this.

Yes the security team called me and there was just a slight typo error nothing to worry about and I will recive my order after the bank holiday thank you
