Security key for credit agreement

Hi, I’m trying to find out when my credit agreement ends. I’m pretty sure it’s this month. I can’t upgrade because it’s telling me I should check for outstanding money owed on the agreement,  and don’t want to upgrade if I have a large outstanding balance,  but to access the information I need the security key.  I’ve checked my emails and nothing is showing that far back.  Thanks

Thanks for posting in regards to the key to view your handset loan details, we understand you wanting to keep a track if this and welcome to the community.

When the loan was originally set up, we would have sent you a few emails. Two in particular contained the security key and another with the link to access the agreement which would require the key. If you no longer have these let us know and we can send you a Private Message to get some details and arrange for these to be resent.
