i am registering my virgin mobile online and it is asking for a security answer.
i have never been given a password before or agreed on a password.
how do I resolve this?

Really sorry that you're having some issues setting up an online account, this isn't good.
I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back to you, we're a bit busier than normal.
When you speak to us over the phone, we'd always ask you to confirm your memorable word first, this is the same word that is needed when you set up the online account.
Can you try using that word?
