Scam

Bought a new mobile. Got a brand new sim from Virgin on a monthly plan.  Haven't given out the new number to anybody and received a text today saying - We have failed to pre authorise your monthly payment. Please update your billing details using the following form: https://virgin.media-ecare.com This sight was blocked by Firefox.  How did the scammers get my new number?

Like most numbers today it has probably been reissued. It would have been held for about six months since withdrawl, but scammers go on for ever it seems
