I am not payg have account with virgin for landlines mobile broadband and I use my mobile all of the time bill payments always up to date and paid always. So could the text message I received be a scam?
Please stop making new posts on the same topic, it proves difficult to follow the scenario and is against forum rules. Also, as posts are taken in date order by the team it simply delays things
