Scam phone calls doing my my head in

2 numbers constantly doing my head in [MOD EDIT: Potential spoofed number] and 

[MOD EDIT: Potential spoofed number] both from Bodmin and both claiming too be VM I have blocked both but the first number has still managed to get through! Both calls with in less than a hour so there pretty desperate to skank someone lol !
