Says no credit

Daughter suddenly cant use her minutes or ring virgin to virgin. Says no credit but we have 5000 minutes. Not even used.

Sorry to hear that your Daughter's having trouble using her mobile. Is she only having issues calling Virgin mobiles?

 

Have you been able to get any help with this since posting?

We rang virgin. We did the settings they told us to do. We then rang again and a 1.00 credit was put on so she could ring people.  I have no idea why all of a sudden she cant ring anyone .

Still having issues   . I really have no idea why it would say no credit after trying even another virgin mobile.

We can certainly do some further diagnostics, I just need to confirm the mobile number this is happening on and pop you a message.
