Hi I've just put my new sim card in. Downloaded the virgin app. Its saying that I've used 5000 minutes when in fact I haven't used any.

Sorry to see of any confusion caused with the amount of minutes you've used, are you still experiencing this issue or has this now been resolved?
If you can send a screenshot of what the online account shows you (please ensure any personal details are edited out) and we can take a closer look at this for you

I've experienced the same problem.
The app is telling me I've used in excess of 5000 minutes when I've only made 9 calls this month.
Any help would be really useful.

We're aware of an error on the app and are working to resolve this, are you able to see the correct amount when you access this on a web browser?
