Samsung A41 update.

I have a Samsung A41 on contract with virgin and it fails its current update all the time. I've tried all the tips it tells me on the vigin app help thing except connect it to a computer(dont have either laptop or computer). I dont know what else to do? Any help would be great!!

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Samsung phone looked into, I am sorry if its ben causing some frustration. 

Have you tried contacting Samsung about this? As its an issue with their own update it wouldn't be within Virgin Mobile's scope.

I have had a peruse and have found a forum post Samsung A41 failed update that I think may help.

I also have another link here Samsung Support which has loads of contact methods. 

Please have a chat with their support agents and let us know what you find out.
