Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Samsung phone looked into, I am sorry if its ben causing some frustration.
Have you tried contacting Samsung about this? As its an issue with their own update it wouldn't be within Virgin Mobile's scope.
I have had a peruse and have found a forum post Samsung A41 failed update that I think may help.
I also have another link here Samsung Support which has loads of contact methods.
Please have a chat with their support agents and let us know what you find out.
