I moved abroad,
requested a STAC, got it, but getting a funny message when I am using it.
It says I cannot 'switch to the same number'.
I don't manage to get help from the chat.
So you got a STAC code off Virgin. Where are you trying to apply it. Has to be applied to an account on a UK network other than Virgin

As enlli has advised the number would need to be applied a UK Mobile account other than ourselves.
Is that what you are trying to do?
