Hi, it's Virgin Media. From 24th June, your mobile allowances will return to normal. To manage your account and keep tabs on your usage, don't forget to register or sign in at mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login, or alternatively use the Virgin Mobile app. Take care.

I understand that Virgin mobile have been adding extra allowances to some contracts during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Presumably this is notification that the free extras are coming to an end
