SIm not activating

I received a PAC code from EE, called virgin and they started the process changing my number. I also ordered a new sim from virgin before phoning with the pac code. Today my EE sim stopped working so I put in my virgin sim but it’s still not working. Any suggestions?!

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having @Af1997.

 

I have been able to locate your account and activate the sim card, please can you check to see if this is now working for you?
