SIMswap no replacement SIM arrived

I have received a letter saying a new SIM was sent and they are now switching off the service.  I had no SIM delivered and went online to order one but it won't let me. Rang helpdesk and most unhelpful person ever wouldn't help as I didn't know my password - all I want is a new SIM, why is it so difficult?   Will cancel account soon as I now have no usable phone.

Very sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting a replacement SIM card and for the experience you've had in doing so.
