Can I get help please as my SIM card stop being recognized while other SIM cards are recognized by the phone? Thanks!

Have you tried the Sim in another handset as well

Are you or were you on Pay as you go or pay monthly?

It's part of my broadband/tv package so yeah I pay monthly and I havent tried on other phones cause I have none, I did try other SIMs on my phone like my old SIM and it did recotnize it althou it wasent provisioned.
