I have just bought a Samsung A13 phone to replace my J2017 from VM and kept my number. There was no sim with the phone, so can I just transfer my sim to the new phone. Sorry to ask, but I am a wrinkly and not very technical.

If your original SIM is VM/O2 also just pop it in your phone and you should be good to go from here 🙂 Please do keep us updated
