SIM only

Hello,

 

I am int he process of trying to switch my sim only deal from EE to virgin. I have been sent my virgin sim however I have been unable to activate this. I have also requested that my number is transferred and 1 week on I am still waiting for this to happen. I am about to be charged my first bill but I cant even use it as its not activating and my number isn't switched.  so im currently having to pay out for EE & VIRGIN! at the same time please help

You say requested a number transfer. Was this by PAC code from EE?

Sad to say but Virgin Mobile are not the most efficient in dealing with customers.
