SIM only plan not available to existing customer

There is a SIM only deal 25Gb for £12/month on the main website, I am unable to get that deal as an existing VM customer with two plans on separate SIM cards when I view from my mobile account - Why?

Your online account will only show plans which were part of the family when you took out the SIM's.

If you existing plans are out of contract, you can upgrade to those new plans offered by phoning Customer Service - it will mean going through credit checks and also starting a new 12 month contract for the 25GB or 24 month contract for the 32GB.
