Please can you help. My elderly mother is extremely distressed as her Virgin SIM only phone which she only uses for emergencies has ceased to work - she says it requested her postcode, this she says she has done, but she has received a message ‘Registration Failed’.
I do not live near her, and she and my father are currently shielding, so I am unable to help sort this issue hands on.
She assures me that there is credit on the phone. I’m unsure of the make and model but know it to be a very old basic handset.
PLEASE can you assist ASAP it would be of great comfort to her, and me, to have this issue resolved.
