SIM not working

Hi,

As of last Saturday my SIM card has stopped working, I switched to it mid-May as per Virgin's instructions with no problem, now the phone actually says 'No SIM' meaning that I cannot make calls or connect to the Internet. I have tried: -

  • The old Virgin SIM - Phone actually recognises it but obviously no service
  • A different SIM in my phone from a different network - works just fine
  • Checking the Virgin service in my area - up and working perfectly
  • My 'dodgy' SIM in a different phone - still not recognised

I can login to my online account and everything is normal there, clearly the problem is with the SIM itself, could you please advise?

Thank you for running through them tests for us, have you managed to get this sorted since your post?

 

If not, let us know as we're happy to look into this further, if you've already gone through them tests it may need a replacement sending out.
