As of last Saturday my SIM card has stopped working, I switched to it mid-May as per Virgin's instructions with no problem, now the phone actually says 'No SIM' meaning that I cannot make calls or connect to the Internet. I have tried: -
The old Virgin SIM - Phone actually recognises it but obviously no service
A different SIM in my phone from a different network - works just fine
Checking the Virgin service in my area - up and working perfectly
My 'dodgy' SIM in a different phone - still not recognised
I can login to my online account and everything is normal there, clearly the problem is with the SIM itself, could you please advise?
