SIM not working, unable to create mobile account, landline not working

I just reset my mobile for a re-install. Now, the SIM won't register on the network. I'm also unable to log in to my Virgin Mobile account and can't call for help (my landline hasn't worked for months and I've given up on the help line after multiple attempts). I'd also like to change my package.
