SIM not registering on network

I have been using my SIM now for over a year. I switched it on today and it would not log onto the Virgin Network. The message was "SIM not registered on this network". I have tried all the solutions suggested on this forum with no success. I did try the SIM in another Phone and had the same not registered problem. So, I guess it is the SIM. How do I get it changed? Trying to find a way of contacting Virgin support is proving very difficult.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your sim card. I can see that you have been speaking to the team. Have they been able to resolve your issues with your sim card?
